Design & Planning
Developing architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings using CAD and BIM software.
Creating designs that are functional, safe, sustainable, and visually appealing.
Preparing specifications, feasibility studies, and project proposals.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Meeting with clients to determine requirements, budgets, and objectives.
Presenting design proposals and obtaining client approvals.
Advising on design feasibility, costs, and timelines.
Project & Construction Oversight
Coordinating with engineers, surveyors, contractors, and other professionals throughout project development.
Conducting site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitoring construction to ensure compliance with approved designs and building regulations.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensuring all projects comply with building codes, planning legislation, health and safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Preparing and submitting planning applications and building control approvals.

Staying updated on technological developments and industry trends in architecture and construction.
Documentation & Reporting
Preparing technical documentation, project briefs, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies
Strong design and visualisation skills (hand-drawing, CAD, and BIM).
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and planning law.
Strong project management and organisational abilities.
Effective communication and client management skills.
Creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Turkish Speaking Preferable
