You will be responsible for commercial cleaning and Airbnb turnover cleaning, with a varied schedule based on client needs. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your hours while also being expected to commit to regular shifts. Key Responsibilities: Carry out commercial cleans on Tuesdays and Fridays (6 am - 8 am) and Fridays (5 pm - 7 pm). Perform Airbnb cleans as required, typically between 11 am - 3 pm, depending on guest checkouts and turnover. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks. The Role · Prepare and cook all meals/snacks in line with our rolling menu whilst ensuring any dietary and allergy requirements and guidance around portion sizes are met · Support weaning pots, and cooking consistencies and textures for children from 6 months to 5 years · To provide staff a balanced healthy lunch within budget and supporting the menu · To maintain a high standard of hygiene at all times and to follow infection / cross contamination control procedures · Ensuring that all foods are ready at the specified time and correctly served. · Ensuring that the correct food is served to children with known allergies · Manage the food ordering process ensuring the budget is adhered to. · Ensure the kitchen processes are compliant with Health and Safety and Environmental Health guidelines · Ensure high standards for kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene are maintained at all times. · Ensuring that all documentation pertaining to the kitchen is current and can speak confidentially to inspectors on their yearly inspections · The cook may be asked occasionally to work additional hours for nursery events. · Any other duties appropriate to the post as directed by the Nursery Manager and Nursery. · You will work 8am-4pm unless otherwise requested by management. DAILY MORNING DELIVERY 7 DAYS A WEEK We are looking for a driver who can do a delivery seven days a week. In the morning at 6 a.m. from NW10 to Wandsworth, they have to collect a box but don't have to bring it back until the next collection. The delivery of afternoon tea is also needed, so we need someone who has worked with food. A van is not needed, just an estate car. This is my suite, and two drivers want to sprint the job up or an uber driver who wants to earn some extra cash. We do lots of local deliveries and always on the look out for reliable drivers. EVENT DRIVERS We are also looking for event drivers who have hospitality experience for our events team. Ideally, some with their van are a Large city sprinter or transporter in good condition and must be clean. We also need drivers will to work on Christmas and New Years for our private chef teams who work all over the holidays in private residences - We offer good rates of pay starting at £20 per hour, meals, drinks uniform, your van valeted once a month. - If you are doing full days with us we will cover your congestion charge and offer a fuel allowance - A hybrid would be ideal but the detail is fine, but it must be ULEZ compliment t due to our environmental policy. - You must have a clean licence, over the age of 26 and had your licence for more than 2 years. - We are a hard-working team and always put our customers first, and we treat them with respect - We the food we transport with care and attention you should respect the fact a team have chefs have worked for days on some jobs and would expect you to treat their food accordingly. - We don't hire in any equipment we own and we expect all our teams to treat it as their own - You need to have a good command of English and be very flexible. - if you want to do more, we offer training across our business, some of our drivers have gone on to become chefs or work on our events. - As we may need to hire a bigger van from time to time we do have events where we need more than one driver. - ideally, you will have had a DBS check if not we will pay or it
