Manage customer relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Monitor financial performance of the bar, assisting in budgeting and cost control measures. Experience Proven experience in a hospitality role, preferably within a bar or restaurant environment. Previous leadership experience in managing a team is essential. Familiarity with bartending techniques and cocktail preparation is required Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
