Having in-depth tequila knowledge is a plus - Handle conflicts among staff or customers professionally and tactfully. - Collect and analyse guest feedback to improve service and the dining experience. - Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including liquor licenses and health codes. - Foster a positive and productive work environment by building a strong team and promoting employee morale.
