We have a growing wine list and elevated food menu. Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual who can provide excellent service, create a variety of drinks, and contribute to the overall success of the pub. We need cocktail and wine knowledge as an essential. Key Responsibilities: Preparing cocktails and advising on wine. Customer Service Provide exceptional service to guests, taking orders and serving drinks with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Engage with customers, build relationships, and ensure a positive experience for all patrons. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses. Drink Preparation Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including beers, wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and guidelines. Ensure drinks are well presented and meet high standards. Teamwork Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment. Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the pub. About You: Experience & Skills Previous experience as a Bartender in a pub, bar, or hospitality setting is required. Knowledge of drink preparation techniques and a passion for creating high-quality beverages. Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests. Attributes Friendly and personable, with a genuine interest in providing excellent service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. As a member of the floor/barback team, you will undertake a dual role. As well as maintaining the back and the front of house to an excellent standard, it is also the floor team function to act as bar-backs ensuring the smooth running of the bar at all times.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hardworking Assistant bar manager for a private hire venue. With guest satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will assist in the smooth and efficient running of corporate events, birthday parties and weddings working alongside the bar manager to consistently deliver a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. You must have Experiance in helping to manage a busy bar and events such as weddings and corporate events.

Energy and a solid attitude are crucial for this role as a key part of management, and working closely with the GM you’ll support our bar team to make sure we’re delivering a brilliant experience for all our guests. Our ideal candidate has a great grasp of what we’re about and is able to drive the bar operations without being stuffy.  We’re a busy restaurant and need someone who can bring the same pace and enthusiasm to work with them that we want to model for our bar staff. You’ll be a critical thinker who is always questioning if we’re doing things the best way possible, and able to enjoy the pressure of a busy service.
