We’re looking for a fun, friendly, and fast bartender to join our team. You’ll be mixing drinks, chatting with guests, and making sure everyone has a great time at the bar. 30-35 hours a week Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve drinks (cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, etc.) Greet customers warmly and take their drink orders Handle cash and card payments accurately Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized Check IDs and follow alcohol serving laws Suggest drinks and upsell when possible Work with the team to ensure smooth service Handle customer questions or complaints professionally Skills & Qualities: Friendly and energetic personality Good communication skills Quick and efficient under pressure Basic knowledge of popular drinks Able to multitask and stay calm during busy hours Experience is a plus, but not always required Working Hours: Evenings, weekends, and holidays Flexibility is key

Operating the bars throughout the site. Delivering budgeted top line sales and ensuring that this is converted in to profit through tight stock control. Managing a team whilst driving engagement and personal development. Working with the site management team to execute safe and profitable large-scale event days. Work within the company budgets relating to drinks, labour & consumables, to provide the standard of service and guest experience required. Manage all aspects of the bar service within the premises in order to anticipate and exceed guest expectations, spearhead initiatives, incentives and bonuses tailored to maximise the guest experience.

As a member of the floor/barback team, you will undertake a dual role. As well as maintaining the back and the front of house to an excellent standard, it is also the floor team function to act as bar-backs ensuring the smooth running of the bar at all times.
