Bar supervisor

We are looking to hire a person for our late night piano bar, for a part time position. Minimum 20 hours per week. Must be available to work on weekends.

We are looking to hire a new bar supervisor to help the bar managers during the shift. We are a late night piano bar and also act as our theatre's bar. You must be flexible to work both day and evening shifts and the weekends. Supervisor experience is preferred but not necessary, however you must have at least two years of hospitality experience. You will have to be willing to be trained to act as duty manager whenever needed (this will come with additional pay off course). Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers!

From Atlas to any given training by upper management 7 Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of the premises and equipment, and backing it up with compliance of daily checklists 8 Mentoring your management team 9 Carrying out yearly appraisals, setting SMART goals and following up every quarter 10 Ensure rotas are correct and approved on daily basis
