We’re a small independent cafe based on London’s Southbank, known for our cheese toasties and fab coffee. We’re looking for someone hardworking, reliable and all round fabulous to become part of our team. Duties will include- *Preparing and cooking hot food to order (mainly toasties) *Preparing and making speciality coffee and drinks *Opening & Closing as required *Taking orders, recommending dishes and generally being sociable with the customers. *Maintain cleanliness and strict hygiene standards throughout shift. *Manage deliveries and keep manager informed of stock that needs ordering. *Carry out other duties and support the rest of the team as required. Skills required- *1+ years similar experience, preferably in an independent street food environment. Barista experience preferred. *Friendly & outgoing with a genuine commitment to high levels of customer service. *Ability to work under pressure *Excellent attention to detail *Ability to work as part of a small team & get stuck in. *Level 2 food & hygiene cert required, but training can be provided As a small Independent it’s imperative that we’re delivering the best food alongside the most amazing customer service. Working for a cafe within an business centre. Monday to Friday 7.30-4.00 making coffee serving customers, light food preparation etc etc no weekends or bank holidays and Christmas off. Pay day is the last working day of the month.

We looking for someone enthusiastic with experience willing to provide an excellent customer service to be able to engage with customers, fast, multitasking. Prepare hot and cold beverages such as coffees, teas, smoothies etc. (latte art recommended)
