
Role Description:
The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in London. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and driving revenue growth for JamTech Advisory Ltd. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with technical and consulting teams to align solutions with client needs, track pipeline progress, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership. The role also involves attending industry events, staying informed about market trends, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Experience in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder engagement.
Background in IT solutions, technology consulting, or related services, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in business terms (not essential).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including market research, opportunity analysis, and planning.
Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a business development or sales role within the IT or professional services sector is highly beneficial (not essential).
Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) to manage contacts, reporting, and documentation.
