INBOUND CALL SOLUTIONS LIMITED is looking for Call Centre Agents to join our remote team.
🕐 Working hours
Full-time and part-time positions available.
07:00–15:00 | 11:00–19:00
Choose your preferred 8-hour shift. Part-time applicants are also welcome.
📞 The role
You will handle inbound customer calls, listen to customers, understand their needs and provide clear information and assistance.
Your duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Speaking with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understanding customer requirements
- Providing information and assistance
- Updating customer records
- Following company procedures
- Passing more complex queries to the appropriate team
💻 Remote working
This is a fully remote position. You will work from home and will need a reliable internet connection, a computer or laptop, a suitable headset and a quiet place to work.
👤 Requirements
- Good spoken English
- Clear communication skills
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Reliable and organised
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Basic computer skills
- Previous call centre experience is welcome but not essential
🎓 Training provided
Full training and support will be provided. Previous call centre experience is not required.
