About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Care Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes and/or supported living settings.
You will support individuals to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life while ensuring their care needs are met safely and respectfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and practical support where required.
- Supporting service users with daily living activities.
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks.
- Supporting individuals to attend appointments and participate in activities.
- Administering or prompting medication in line with care plans and training.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential care records.
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect.
- Following safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures.
- Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals.
About You

- Committed to providing person-centred care.
- Willing to complete mandatory training and ongoing development.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided to suitable candidates.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
- Relevant care experience or qualifications are advantageous.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for some positions.
