Pamir Homecare is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator/Field Supervisor to join our team in Ealing and Harrow. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the performance of domiciliary care workers, ensuring the smooth setup of new care packages, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. You will play a key part in creating and supervising optimised staff schedules that meet both client needs and workforce capacity. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will also conduct field supervisions, competency assessments, and contribute to the ongoing professional development of care staff.

Role Overview We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our Supported Living team in Colchester. As part of our team, you will provide day-to-day support tailored to individual needs, ensuring service users are supported to live independently and achieve their personal goals. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans. Assist with daily living tasks including meal preparation, personal care, and household duties. Support service users in accessing community activities, education, and employment opportunities. Encourage independence, confidence, and personal development. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and CQC requirements. Promote health, safety, and wellbeing at all times. Requirements Previous experience in care or supported living (preferred but not essential – full training provided). A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference in people’s lives. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. What we’re looking for • Experience supporting neurodivergent people or individuals with learning disabilities., • A natural ability to listen, encourage, and adapt support to each person’s needs., • Coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience with marginalised groups., • Knowledge of workplace barriers faced by neurodivergent people and how to overcome them., • Confidence with health & safety, food hygiene, and manual handling., • Strong communication and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • A flexible approach and a hands-on, can-do attitude., • Ideally: barista, café, or customer service experience.
