Who are we looking for (qualifications, experience and skills)
  • Experience as a chef or in a comparable position.

  • In-depth knowledge of food preparation methods and flavour profiles.

  • Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and motivate the team.

  • Comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control.

  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

  • Superior communication and organisational skills.
