This developer is behind one of London's most ambitious urban regeneration projects, creating exceptional riverside homes alongside world-class culture, entertainment, and lifestyle destinations. The role includes a comprehensive handover period before the current postholder departs at the end of February, ensuring a smooth transition into this multifaceted position. Key responsibilities • Manage and develop a New Homes sales team of three, driving performance and supporting the entire sales pipeline, • Oversee refurbishment works on apartments being prepared for resale, ensuring delivery to the highest standards, • Instruct and manage contractors throughout apartment renovation projects, • Conduct quality checks on refurbishment works to maintain brand standards, • Manage the notice period process for current occupants in apartments scheduled for refurbishment, • Coordinate apartment completions and show apartment relocations, • Maintain momentum across all aspects of the sales operation whilst balancing competing priorities Requirements • Proven New Homes sales management experience (essential), • Exceptional organisational capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, • Switched-on, proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail, • Strong commercial acumen and confident decision-making abilities, • Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels, • Can-do attitude with resilience when working under pressure Rewards and benefits • Basic salary of £45,000, • On-target earnings of £80,000-£90,000, • Involvement in a landmark London development scheme, • Working hours: 9:30am-6pm weekdays, 10am-5pm alternate Saturdays
