The role of Demi Chef de Partie: - Cook seasonal and classic European cuisine, using quality fresh ingredients, adhering to recipes, specifications, and standards. - Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. - Train and supervise Commis chefs.
