Who are we looking for (qualifications, experience and skills)：
-Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role, specializing in Chinese cuisine.
-Preferred: Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
-Expertise in food preparation techniques, with a strong understanding of flavor balancing and traditional cooking methods.
-Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety standards.
-Ability to perform efficiently in high-pressure environments, maintaining precision and consistency.
