  • Managing and processing repair instructions & claims workflow tasks.
  • Ensure all claims are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Review claims documentation and liaise with clients & repairers to gather necessary information.
  • Ensure claims/repair compliance is in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex cases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of communication with clients.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of claims activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Notes
Will consider trainee level dependant on experience.
