We are looking to immediately hire 2 cleaners to work at a high profile site in Kensington. Must have a valid CSCS card and right to work in the U.K.

We are looking for an experienced cleaner, flexible to work during the week and during the weekend. The office is near to Covent Garden station. We have some flats 10-15 min away by walking, but also 30-40 minutes away by train. The travel itself is not paid, but the time we spend travelling it is. We are cleaning daily 2-3 flats, depending on the size and distance. In the morning, the cleaners are coming to the office to take the keys, the cleaning products and the amenities such as coffee, shower gel etc. and then go to the flats. The start time may be different each day according with the tasks. 08:00-08:30 when we clean the offices, 09:30-10:00-10:30, when we have flats. In the first few months will be self employee and then we can go with 0h contract. The rate is £15.40 per hour and the payment is once a month at the end of the month.

Qualifications: • Previous experience in house cleaning or a similar role is preferred. • Knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Trustworthy and respectful of clients’ privacy and property. • Excellent communication skills. This is an Italian coffee shop/ deli. We are looking for some staff from Monday to Saturday for cleaning tables, coffee cups, some dishes and help in kitchen when needed, as well as putting the delivery in order. Taking food and coffee in the table when needed. Work permit required.
