Job Summary We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic Hostess's and Busser/Commis to join our dynamic team for a High End Dessert Store in Knightsbridge. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent time management skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a pleasant first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow. Assist in upselling menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience. Provide assistance to guests with inquiries about the menu and restaurant services. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Support the waitstaff during busy periods by helping with food delivery when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for managing reservations and guest counts. A keen interest in culinary arts and food preparation is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members.

Looking for a cleaner with some experience in office and warehouse cleaning. Contract/work hours indicate that the schedule is variable and cannot be fixed. This is an Italian coffee shop/ deli. We are looking for some staff from Monday to Saturday for cleaning tables, coffee cups, some dishes and help in kitchen when needed, as well as putting the delivery in order. Taking food and coffee in the table when needed. Work permit required.
