Safety and Security · Be knowledgeable of the hotel's evacuation plan and emergency procedures. · Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. · Participate in ongoing risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures. · Assume responsibilities assigned in the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
