We are entering a new phase of expansion for which we are looking for a Customer Service & Digital Print Production Assistant. Digital printing is at the core of our services. The role of Customer Service & Digital Print Production Executive is an important part of our service delivery. Joining the production team, the successful applicant will balance both customer-facing and production tasks, and will be able to see their work making a direct impact on the success of the business. You will take briefs for client Jobs from the print production colleagues as well as directly from customers. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Document and update customer interactions and information in the CRM system. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development. Strive to achieve performance goals, including customer satisfaction and response time metrics.
