Role Overview Revive Collagen is looking for a commercially driven, creative and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of brand growth across the UK, US and international markets. This role will oversee brand, retail and trade marketing activity, driving awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth while strengthening Revive Collagen’s position as a leading premium wellness & beauty brand. The successful candidate will combine strong brand-building expertise with performance marketing capability and experience scaling consumer brands across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Brand & Strategy • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives., • Lead brand positioning, messaging and campaign planning across all consumer touchpoints., • Drive brand awareness, consideration and customer loyalty., • Ensure consistent brand identity across retail, ecommerce, PR, social and partnerships. New Product Development (NPD) • Lead the marketing input into new product development from concept through to launch., • Identify consumer trends, market gaps and innovation opportunities within wellness, beauty and supplements., • Work closely with product development, sales and commercial teams to shape the innovation pipeline., • Support product positioning, naming, packaging , product marketing and go-to-market strategy., • Develop launch plans across retail, ecommerce, PR, influencer and social channels., • Analyse product performance and customer feedback to inform future innovation., • Ensure NPD aligns with brand positioning, commercial objectives and retailer requirements. Digital & Performance Marketing • Work closely with ecommerce teams to improve conversion and online sales performance., • Collaborate with ecommerce teams on content strategy across all platforms: D2C, Amazon and TikTok. Retail & Trade Marketing • Develop marketing plans to support key retail partners including Boots, Holland & Barrett, Ulta Beauty and international distributors., • Create compelling launch and promotional activity for retail and wholesale channels., • Collaborate with sales teams to support growth opportunities and retailer relationships. Liaise with retailer marketing leadership. Content, Social & Influencer • Contribute to the social media, influencer and content strategies to increase engagement and brand reach., • Manage campaign calendars, creative production and brand partnerships., • Identify culturally relevant opportunities and wellness & beauty trends. Team Leadership • Lead and develop the marketing team, agencies and external partners., • Foster a high-performance, collaborative and entrepreneurial culture., • Manage budgets effectively and report on marketing performance to leadership. Requirements • 7+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, FMCG or consumer health., • Proven experience scaling premium consumer brands., • Strong digital and performance marketing expertise., • Experience managing retail/trade marketing campaigns., • Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills., • Commercially minded with strong analytical capability., • Experience in international markets is advantageous. Desirable • Experience within supplements, beauty, wellness or ingestible products., • Existing relationships with media, influencers or retail partners., • Passion for health, wellness and consumer trends.
