A Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting pallets from a central warehouse location , to customers or businesses. The role involves more than just driving; it requires strong time management, customer service, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: -Loading and Unloading: Prepare, load, and unload packages or products into the delivery vehicle safely. - **Route Planning:**Follow the most efficient routes to meet delivery schedules, using GPS or delivery apps. - Timely Deliveries :Ensure that all deliveries are made within the expected time frames. - Customer Service :Interact politely with customers, handling questions, confirming receipt of goods, and collecting signatures if required. - Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working order (e.g., oil, tire pressure, lights). - Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure personal and public safety. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, fuel expenses, and any incidents that occur during shifts. Qualifications: - Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and a valid commercial or non-commercial driver’s license. - Physical Stamina:Ability to lift and carry packages, often weighing up to 50 lbs. - Communication Skills:Clear communication is essential for working with customers and dispatch teams. - Navigation Skills:Comfortable using GPS systems or maps to navigate unfamiliar routes.

This will be on Mondays 3pm-8pm and Thursdays 3pm-8pm during school term time You will need a D1 minibus license and be non judgmental, supportive and patient.

We are seeking a great all rounder to join our team. You will be responsible for picking up multiple dogs and putting them into the magic van 🚐 ready to drive from east London to Hertfordshire ( roughly 1 hours drive ) offload the dogs. Everyday is different but it would involve playing with the dogs, picking up their poop with bags provided , watching and observing play time, always engaging with the dogs, may require to answer some questions direct from the clients, answering the phone, using the work phone and take some great pictures, help organise different dog fun days, general help around the dog field and help maintain it, towel dry the dogs and ready to be dropped home. 🐶 please note this is an out door job in all weather. The ideal candidate must not be scared of any dog breed, be confident and fit, happy to work in rain, snow and sun etc , must be local to hackney, have a clean driving licence and confident in driving a van , have a clean dbs check, speak fluent English, have a can do attitude, have a calmness around the dogs and be trustworthy. MCS Contract Services ltd are looking for a temporary cleaner to cover annual leave from the 9th September to 20th September 2024 with experience and a full UK drivers license. You will need to have proven cleaning experience and references will be required. If you cannot prove your experience please do not apply. You will be carrying out general cleaning, domestic cleaning, block cleaning and deep cleans. You will be working along side another cleaning operative.
