The right candidate will have experience in a customer facing role, be organised with administrative duties and have ethics and values that align with those of our practice and the supporting clinical team.
As a member of this dynamic team, you will be required to assist in all aspects of the reception and administration of the practice including but not limited to:

As a member of this dynamic team, you will be required to assist in all aspects of the reception and administration of the practice including but not limited to:
- Meet and greet all patients who attend the practice in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking patient appointments
- Taking and recording payments
- Answering the telephone and email enquiries
- Supply sundries to patients as prescribed by the respective clinical team
- General administrative duties to help with the running of the practice
- Help the management team with practice compliance that relate to their role
- Filing and organising patient records
- Communicating with laboratory and clinicians to help streamline the patient journey
