Job Description Reporting to the Assistant Bar Manager, the Bar Supervisor will play a crucial role in keeping the bar running smoothly day in and day out. About the Role - All the usual GM admin stuff such as forecasting, FoH rotas, being on top of Health & Safety , team recruitment/onboarding/training (we use Flow and Planday) - Recruitment for front of house roles - Building on and maintaining our great company culture. Work life balance and autonomy are really important to us and we're constantly looking to support you to achieve that not just for yourself but your team too. - Strong relationship with the kitchen .
