Provide guidance and support to apprentices or less experienced staff as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role. Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints or schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
