About the Role As a Senior Receptionist, you will play a key role in both guest relations and floor operations at Nora. This is not a standalone reservations role or a purely front-desk position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the reservations side of the business while also being an active and experienced part of the floor management team. Since we don't have a separate reservations department, this role is a great fit for someone passionate about reservations, guest experience, and service flow, with solid restaurant floor experience and confidence stepping in to support and lead during busy services. You will be responsible for managing the booking diary, overseeing the door, coordinating guest arrivals and table flow, and working closely with management to ensure service runs smoothly from start to finish. During peak moments, you will also be expected to support the floor team, help manage service pressure, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
