BAR MANAGER – LONDON BRIDGE We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join a high-volume restaurant in London Bridge. 💰 Salary: £42,500 + approximately £3,000 in surplus tronc 🕒 Contract: 48 hours per week What we’re looking for: • Excellent knowledge of cocktails, particularly classic cocktails., • Good wine knowledge would be a significant advantage., • Experience managing ordering, stocktakes and par levels., • Ability to train, develop and mentor junior bartenders., • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment., • A reliable, punctual and trustworthy professional with a hands-on approach.
