1. Customer Service – Greet and assist customers, offer styling advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience. 2. Product Knowledge – Understand the brand’s products, fabrics, and collections to answer questions and make recommendations. 3. Sales – Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and meeting targets. 4. Merchandising – Keep the shop floor tidy, replenish stock, and ensure displays are visually appealing. 5. Cash Handling – Operate tills, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges accurately. 6. Stock Management – Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and report stock issues to managers.

We are looking for a Team Member in our restaurant in Notting Hill and we have a good vibe and there are no crazy hours to work. We have full time and part time positions available in our Sando Shop. We offer paid trials at full rate. Our pay starts at £12.00 an hour plus tips and holiday pay. Shifts are 8am - 4.30pm and 9.30am - 6pm depending on position and rota. Come in for a paid trial to see what we are up to.

As a Gelato assistant you’ll be responsible for customer service. This includes scooping gelato, preparing coffee and hot drinks, and other products on the menu. Other duties include, cash handling, washing up, and keeping the shop clean and tidy. Skills required: be ready and able to work within a team, enjoy working with public, have a polite and helpful manner and be confident. A good level of English and previous experience in an ice cream parlour is required. Possibility to grow whitin the company depending on your skills, such as production and management.
