Site location: Mercato Metropolitano (Elephant and Castle) We are looking for a full time Fast Food Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. Duties will include all aspects of kitchen management, menu development, preparation, cooking of dishes and maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have experience of advanced delivery platform knowledge and marketing campaings. Shifts fall between 10am and midnight. As weekend days are our busiest times, weekend availability is essential for this role.
