Field Sales Representative (Base Pay + Uncapped Commission)

SoCo Organisation is a leading direct sales and marketing company specialising in residential sales. We are the face of our clients: upholding their reputation and increasing their customer base by embodying a high level of service and professionalism.

The Role - Field Sales Representative / Face to Face Sales

We are are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing company in Southampton. Prior experience in Direct / face to face sales, retail or customer service is preferred
but not required.

We have set exciting goals and made some changes to the business recently, so we are looking for candidates who are looking to move forward quickly Into leadership and coaching roles within the company.

What you’ll be doing:
In this entry-level direct Sales role, you will represent leading UK charities door-to-door and engage with potential donors across Southampton. You will build rapport, deliver a clear sales pitch, and drive sales while providing a great donor experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, working in a fast paced environment, achieving targets and networking with like minded individuals.

Comfortable working in a field-based role (residential areas)
We can only accept candidates who are eligible to work in the UK on a full time basis, all year round without restrictions. (We are unable to accept current international students, and can only consider candidates that are full UK residents or have a full UK work permit).

 We welcome recent graduates and individuals looking to start their sales career, offering opportunities on a full-time equivalent basis (4-5 full working days per week between Monday to Saturday).
