Honest Greens is a fast-casual restaurant lifestyle brand born in Barcelona in 2017. Our philosophy is simple: real food should be for everyone. That means fresh, seasonal ingredients that are unprocessed, ethically sourced, and free from additives or preservatives.
Our menus are vibrant and plant-forward, while also catering to a wide range of lifestyles and dietary needs — from vegetarian to keto and beyond. We blend culinary craftsmanship with transparency and community, supported by smart technology that makes healthy eating easy and accessible.

What you’ll be doing
Leading from the front, setting the tone for service and motivating your team.
Overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow between the kitchen and front-of-house.
Coaching team members to deliver warm, attentive, and consistent guest experiences.
Managing team positioning, floor cleanliness, and ambience throughout service.
Handling guest issues with confidence, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
Supporting with training, onboarding, and developing new team members.
Upholding health & safety, allergen, and food hygiene standards.
What we’re looking for
Experience in hospitality or retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a hands-on, people-first approach.
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure.
Commitment to Honest Greens’ values: sustainability, transparency, and wellbeing.
A positive, can-do attitude with the energy to inspire others.
