Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail floristry.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of various flowers, foliage, and their seasonal availability, along with care and handling techniques.
- Experience in wedding floristry would be a valuable addition to retail experience.
- Excellent eye for detail and natural flair for creativity.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and work well under pressure.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assemble bouquets quickly according to provided pictures and wrap them beautifully.
- Design unique bouquets for photoshoots, enhancing our online catalog.
- Work closely with team members to ensure all bouquets are completed on time.
- Support photoshoots by optimising floral displays for the best presentation.
- Offer creative input to improve flower arrangements.
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for corporate events, ensuring each installation aligns with our clients’ visions. Utilise your knowledge of seasonal blooms to maintain freshness and aesthetic appeal.
- Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies.
- Ensure timely completion and high standards for all arrangements.
