Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are advantageous. A genuine passion for gardening and floral design. Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or holidays when necessary.
