The Role We are looking for Front of House Team Members to join the team at HG Soho. As part of the FOH team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a friendly, fast, and high-quality experience to our guests. We’re looking for positive, energetic people with a strong service mindset, flexibility, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities • Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient service to all guests., • Take orders at the till and serve food and drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards., • Develop strong knowledge of our menu and philosophy to confidently advise guests., • Keep FOH areas clean, organized, and safe at all times., • Represent and promote HG Soho’s values and the Real Food Revolution. We are a nice little Italian gem in the heart of busy Soho, where customers can visit and enjoy some amazing Bubbles, have a tasty food treat for an authentic Italian aperitif experience, or simply an authentic Italian coffee with our famous homemade tiramisu’. We are looking for a smiley, positive, cool front of house member to help the management and potentially grow inside the company. Previous experience with coffee and cocktails making, food prepping and handling it’s def a good starting point but we are more than happy to bring the right person up to speed with a good training plan. Working hours are flexible between 30/40, with different shift patterns and rotations. Salary per hour based on experience is between 13 and 15 pound gross per hour. Previous experience in the role is a must
