We are seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our kitchen team full-time, specializing in Korean and Chinese cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to uphold our high standards, ensuring each dish is flavorful and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Korean and Chinese dishes according to company standards.
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the kitchen.
- Manage stock levels and minimize food waste.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in Korean, Chinese, or Pan-Asian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of sauces, marinades, and traditional cooking methods.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (or higher) certification preferred.
- Right to work in the UK.
