chef de Partir- running the starter section, making sure mis en place is organised. making and plating all starters ordered as well as helping plate up main courses and desserts. must keep section VERY CLEAN

We are looking for a pub chef to work in our Mediterranean- style kitchen. Our grill food is marinated in house and cooked over hot coals so we need someone who is great at food prep, and can work in front of the grill. We also plan to expand our menu to include Sunday Roasts. Ideally we are looking for someone fairly local, preferably with pub kitchen experience. We are looking for someone friendly and reliable. A good knowledge of how to cook meat is an added bonus. Other requirements will be, keeping kitchen clean and maintaining hygiene standards, talking to customers, and coming up with signature dishes for the menu.

Due to our continuing success we are looking for a pizza chef with experience at our neighbourhood's favourite Italian Restaurant based in Ruislip. Previous experience in Italian kitchen is an advantage.
