We are seeking a passionate, confident, and driven General Manager (or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up) to lead one of Surrey’s most exclusive new dining concepts, alongside a neighbouring, well-established brunch venue.
This is a rare opportunity for a hospitality professional who combines exceptional service standards with strong wine knowledge and wants to grow with an ambitious, expanding company.

About the Venues
Venue One – Fine Dining (open 3 evenings a week)


A discreet, high-end restaurant offering an Asian-influenced menu in an intimate, premium setting. This is a secret concept with no online presence — guests attend by invitation or word of mouth. It already attracts celebrities and high-profile local clientele and is known for its refined, understated luxury.


Venue Two – Brunch & Weekend Lounge (open 7 days a week)


Located directly next door, this is a successful, established brunch venue that transitions into a light, vibrant social space on weekends, requiring a flexible and polished management approach.


The General Manager will oversee both venues, ensuring smooth operations, consistent standards, and a seamless guest journey.


The Role
As General Manager, you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a professional front-of-house team
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-profile, exclusive environment
  • Oversee daily operations across two neighbouring venues
  • Work closely with the owner and Head Chef to refine and grow both concepts
  • Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
  • Take ownership of the wine and beverage programme – strong wine knowledge is essential
  • Curate wine, cocktail, and beverage offerings to match premium brand standards
  • Train and mentor the team in premium beverage service

The Ideal Candidate


You will be:


  • Living locally or have reliable access to your own transportation
  • Energetic, confident, and highly service-driven
  • Experienced in fine dining, boutique hotels, or high-end hospitality
  • Strong in wine knowledge (sommelier or bar management background is highly advantageous)
  • A natural leader with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple concepts side by side
  • Ambitious and excited by long-term progression within a growing group
