Key Responsibilities:
1,Manage daily company operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Oversee office administration, HR management, and internal record-keeping.
2,Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with Home Office sponsor licence duties, including record maintenance and timely reporting through the Sponsorship Management System (SMS).
3,Develop and implement company policies and procedures aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
4,Maintain accurate employee records and right-to-work documentation.
5,Liaise with the Home Office and external advisors as required to ensure compliance standards are met.
6,Prepare management reports for the Director on operational and compliance matters.
7,Support the Director in strategic planning and implementation of business initiatives.
8,Foster a professional and compliant company culture.
