Cash Handling and Transactions: • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly., • Balance the cash register at the end of the shift, reporting any discrepancies. 1. Compliance and Safety: • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards., • Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, including verifying customer age and refusing service to intoxicated patrons., • Attend regular training sessions on responsible alcohol service, first aid, and emergency procedures. 1. Team Collaboration: • Work closely with other bar staff, waitstaff, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service., • Assist in the training of new bar staff as needed., • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of bar operations.
