Requirements • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy restaurant or café environment., • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach., • In-depth knowledge of modern brunch trends, cooking techniques, and flavour pairings., • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure., • Sound understanding of food safety standards and kitchen best practices., • A genuine passion for great food, great service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
