Qualifications and Experience: • A recognized degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England., • Proven experience in a social work role, preferably within a care or community setting., • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social care., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills., • Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure., • A commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practice. You will be accountable to the Registered Manager and responsible for the day-to-day operations, compliance, and leadership of your scheme.
