we Are looking for a head chef to be in charge of a new all day dining brasserie . The restaurant will be breakfast to dinner and open 14 hrs per day with a kitchen of at least 8/10 staff . The chef should have experience in this . The correct person will also be working close with us in developing a new menu . The restaurant is based in Southate and has 110 covers .
