
We are looking for an exceptional operational Head Chef with a passion for quality, consistency, team leadership, and health-led food.
· 8+ years of professional kitchen experience
· 3+ years as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
· Experience in premium fast casual or high-volume daytime hospitality
· Experience in businesses serving 250+ covers per day
· Experience leading kitchen teams of 10 to 20 employees
· Food Safety Level 3 certification
· Strong HACCP and allergen management knowledge
· Passion for fresh, healthy, ingredient-led food
· Experience working with Indian cuisine
· Experience with paratha, chaat, pastries, and high-volume batch cooking
· Understanding of spices and flavour balancing
· An appreciation of Ayurvedic principles and wellness-focused food
· Curiosity about Ayurveda and a genuine passion for nourishing, health-led food
· Experience opening new restaurant sites
· Title: Head Chef
· Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 plus performance bonus
