Job description
Duties:
  • Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking as needed
    Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a culinary setting
  • In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
