The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out thorough deep cleaning of kitchen areas, equipment, floors, surfaces, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. Key Responsibilities · Deep clean kitchen equipment, appliances, walls, floors, extraction areas, and preparation surfaces. · Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with hygiene requirements. · Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly. · Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to management. · Follow health and safety, COSHH, and food safety procedures at all times. · Work efficiently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision. Requirements · Minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen deep cleaning, commercial cleaning, or a similar role. · Good understanding of hygiene standards and safe cleaning practices. · Ability to work overnight shifts and complete tasks to deadlines. · Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. · Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean working environments. · Knowledge of COSHH and food safety procedures is desirable.
