We are looking for a reliable and friendly Cloakroom Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will provide a professional welcome while ensuring guests’ coats, bags, and personal belongings are stored safely and returned efficiently. Key responsibilities • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service., • Receive, tag, store, and return coats, bags, and other belongings securely., • Keep the cloakroom clean, tidy, and well organised., • Manage cloakroom tickets accurately and ensure belongings are returned to the correct guests., • Respond to guest enquiries politely and professionally., • Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high service standards., • Follow venue procedures and security guidelines.
