Our Restaurant Manager will enhance the dining experience in our renowned venue through strong leadership and coaching of the restaurant team, supporting each individual in delivering a warm and lasting impression to our guests. Our Restaurant Manager will have a natural flair for hospitality and be excited to deliver an outstanding service as part of London’s most loved dining experiences.

Main responsibilities: Booking guests into the Hostel, advising on our offering and services Assisting guests with enquires and questions Managing the booking system, ensuring all office administration is accurate Ensuring an effective handover after your shift Working with the management team on security and safety Advising guests on London attractions Please note this position is for the night shift which usually runs from 11pm-7am Previous experience in a customer-based role is preferred but not essential
