Chop and Chip Co is an established events and banqueting operation based across prestigious venues in London and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a competent Chef who can work with our Head Chef and supporting staff to enhance the current team in all aspects of kitchen operations.
This Chef position is predominantly based in the production kitchen in Lee in South East London, and would be required to cater on multiple locations when required. During the off-peak season, you would be required to work office hours Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends. and then in peak season you will be required to work more evenings and weekends (this is not exclusive and there would still be opportunity to have evenings and weekends off during this period)
Chop and Chip Co is a leader in our field and are seeking candidates for long term commitment who can work closely with the team and assist in refining an already successful operation. You will ideally have previous experience to a similar level with experience working within either Restaurants, Hotels or Banqueting. You should also have a current understanding of COSHH, HACCP and Food Hygiene, full Elearning will be available.

This position is mainly Monday to Friday and comes with 33 days holiday per year
This Chef position offers a salary of £30000 to £32000 per annum
