The Kitchen Assistant – Central Kitchen is responsible for preparing, blending, and pouring a variety of dressings according to standardized recipes for distribution to all company locations. This role ensures consistency in taste, quality, and hygiene across all products delivered to stores, directly supporting the overall customer experience and Urban Greens standards. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and blend dressings based on standardized recipes and portion guidelines., • Ensure accurate measuring and mixing of ingredients., • Operate blenders and mixing equipment safely and efficiently, • Pour and package dressings into containers for delivery to stores., • Label all containers accurately with product name, date, and batch information., • Maintain a clean and sanitized work area at all times., • Monitor stock levels of dressing ingredients and report shortages., • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times., • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries as needed., • Communicate with the Kitchen Manager regarding production needs, issues, or improvements. Qualifications & Skills:, • Standing, lifting, and operating kitchen equipment is required daily. Shifts may include early mornings or weekends depending on production needs.

Dirty Martini in St Pauls in a large 400 capacity cocktail bar operating Tuesday to Saturday. We are currently recruiting a part time Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen manager in delivering the our small menu to our city guests.
