Further Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Manager to review weekly reports and identify areas for improvement in sales and stock management. - Contribute to recipe changes and menu development ideas. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks. - Proficiency with stock management systems, preferably Market Man.
